A mobile gaming company is seeking a detail-oriented AP Bookkeeper for its Tel Aviv finance team. The role manages accounts payable, payment cycles, expenses, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including vendor invoices, payment runs, credit card transactions, expenses, and travel reimbursements.
- Support month-end closing by completing AP tasks, accruals, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
- Assist with finance projects, audits, and other team activities.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Level 1–2 bookkeeping diploma.
- Experience working with ERP systems and the ability to learn new financial software quickly.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs.
- High-level written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing technology environment.
