Senior Systems Software Engineer – Signing Platform

Own the regional operation and engineering of an HSM-backed software signing platform. Support production services, onboard engineering teams, automate self-service, and help build the local team.
Responsabilidades
- Own the signing service for Israel-based teams during local hours, including triage, debugging, incident resolution, and escalation.
- Review and deploy production fixes, investigate root causes, and improve the platform to prevent recurring failures.
- Onboard networking and other regional teams to signing and key-generation workflows.
- Build AI-enabled self-service through copilots, integrations, runbooks, and documentation.
- Represent regional release calendars and bring-up milestones in platform planning and roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with teams in the United States, India, networking DevOps, and release management in Israel.
- Help hire, interview, onboard, and mentor future team members.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of experience building and operating production software, including service ownership and on-call incident response.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, Go, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Understanding of applied cryptography, including PKI, digital signatures, and key management, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar technical domains.
- Strong English communication skills and sound judgment when communicating with customers during incidents.

- Experience with code signing, HSMs, secure boot, or software supply chain security.
- Familiarity with Gerrit, GitLab, Artifactory, firmware, and networking release or build pipelines.
- Experience using AI and agentic tooling to automate repetitive work.
