C++ Technical Lead

Lead hands-on architecture and implementation for AI-powered driver and cabin monitoring products combining computer vision, machine learning, and high-performance embedded software. The hybrid role is based in Hod HaSharon, Israel, with onsite collaboration three days per week.
Responsabilidades
- Lead C++ implementation for embedded hardware and hardware-accelerated platforms
- Drive technical execution of computer vision and machine learning systems for driver and cabin monitoring
- Advise on architecture and serve as a delegate architect when required
- Own software architecture, design decisions, and implementation quality
- Mentor engineers and promote software engineering best practices
- Collaborate with algorithm, systems, and product teams on reliable, scalable solutions
- Optimize software for real-time and resource-constrained embedded environments
- Promote AI-assisted development tools and agent-based engineering workflows
- Support safety-aware development aligned with automotive standards
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 10 years of professional C++ development experience in embedded, real-time, or performance-sensitive systems
- Experience as a technical lead, software architect, or senior hands-on technical authority
- Strong knowledge of modern C++, software architecture, multithreading, and system optimization
- Experience developing software for Linux-based embedded environments
- Ability to influence technical direction, mentor engineers, and improve engineering quality
- Comfort working with global cross-functional teams and occasional flexible hours
Se valora
- Experience with computer vision, artificial intelligence, or machine learning products
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, or other automotive development standards
- Experience with NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, Qualcomm AI frameworks, or hardware accelerators
- Experience integrating software with GPU, NPU, TPU, or similar acceleration technologies
- Knowledge of driver monitoring, occupant monitoring, or automotive safety systems
- Experience in global, cross-functional engineering organizations
