A security-sector organization is seeking a Software Configuration Manager to manage configuration throughout the software development lifecycle, from development and testing through releases and maintenance.
Responsabilidades
- Manage software configuration across development, testing, release, and maintenance stages
- Control code versions and changes
- Lead release and baseline processes
- Ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environments
- Document configurations and manage product trees and bills of materials
- Coordinate with development, testing, and systems engineering teams
- Use version-control and automation tools
- Support engineers with configuration management and engineering data
- Continuously improve SCM processes
Requisitos
- At least 1–2 years of software configuration management experience
- Experience with at least one version-control or development management tool, such as ClearCase, Azure DevOps, or SVN
- Good understanding of software development, testing, and release processes
- Experience working with complex, multi-version systems
- Strong organization, accuracy, independence, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
