Lead a four-engineer software squad, splitting time between hands-on development and team management. Build high-performance, real-time software for airspace defense platforms. The role is hybrid, with one work-from-home day per week, at an office near the train station in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor a team of four software engineers.
- Design, develop, and deliver high-performance, real-time software systems.
- Architect resilient, low-latency microservices and core components using modern C++ and Python on Linux.
- Conduct code reviews, lead architectural discussions, and guide technical execution.
- Contribute production code and solve low-level engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with algorithm developers, systems architects, and cyber research specialists.
Requisitos
- At least five years of hands-on C++ software development experience.
- Around two years of engineering management experience, including one successful management tenure.
- Deep hands-on Linux development and debugging experience.
- Working knowledge of Python with hands-on experience.
- Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline is required.
