Lead system requirements analysis and high- and low-level design, with a strong mobile focus and hands-on full-stack development. Work with product, architecture, development, and QA teams and partner directly with clients.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze, clarify, and structure system and business requirements into complete, testable specifications.
- Own high-level system and mobile application architecture, including components, integrations, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
- Create detailed low-level designs for modules, APIs, data models, and sequence flows.
- Spend approximately half of the role writing production full-stack code, with mobile development at the core.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, development, and QA teams to align requirements, designs, and implementation.
- Maintain engineering standards through code reviews, testing, and secure-by-design practices.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience, including hands-on system analysis and design.
- Experience eliciting, specifying, and structuring requirements for complex systems.
- Experience producing HLD and LLD documents covering architecture, components, APIs, data models, integrations, and sequence flows.
- Production experience with React Native and mobile architecture, including navigation, state management, offline synchronization, performance, native-module integration, and app-store delivery.
- Production-level full-stack development experience with React, Node.js, .NET/C#, and React Native.
- Knowledge of software architecture patterns, API and service design, system integration, and non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience with Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Professional-level English.

- Familiarity with UML or C4 modeling and diagramming.
- Experience with AI-first development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience in large organizations, such as banking or financial services.
