An established computing hardware company is seeking a Senior System Software Architect to shape software architecture for high-performance AI and networking platforms, including accelerated compute clusters.
Responsabilidades
- Define software architecture for future AI networking and interconnect systems
- Research technical solutions by defining and running proofs of concept
- Evaluate software and hardware impact across algorithms, high-level software, firmware, and hardware layers
- Document and communicate solution architectures to relevant teams
- Collaborate with architecture, VLSI, system software, firmware, and research teams
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in VLSI, firmware, software design, or software architecture roles
- Good understanding of networking layers and software-hardware co-design
- Strong managerial, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment across multiple concurrent projects and teams
Se valora
- Master’s degree or PhD in mathematics, computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of InfiniBand, IP, TCP, or RoCE protocols
- Experience with network topologies, large language models, or deep learning research or design
- Experience with software-hardware co-design and architectural development
