Own the end-to-end technical foundation of a greenfield, cloud-native platform that integrates with major enterprise clouds, CRM systems, and productivity suites. Lead architecture and core coding while guiding a small senior engineering team without direct people management.
Responsabilidades
- Own architecture from initial design through production deployment
- Build a scalable, cloud-native system in a greenfield Azure environment
- Establish Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, GitOps, and CI/CD foundations
- Translate complex decisioning methods into self-service customer products
- Write core production code and establish engineering standards
- Guide engineers through hands-on technical leadership without direct management
- Build an AI-assisted software development lifecycle
- Design integrations with host platforms, native agents, and data surfaces
Requisitos
- At least 10 years of software engineering experience with substantial hands-on production work
- Experience architecting, shipping, and operating large-scale cloud-native systems
- Strong Python skills
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm
- Experience with GitOps, including Argo CD
- Experience building CI-gated software development processes
- Knowledge of SLOs, observability, and blameless postmortems
- Ability to use AI coding agents throughout the software development lifecycle
- Willingness to work primarily with Azure
- Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, high-ownership environment
Se valora
- Data engineering or data science experience, including pipelines, feature engineering, and data quality
- Pricing or decision-support systems expertise
- Experience taking a product from proof of concept to general availability
- MLOps, LLMOps, or platform engineering experience
- Go or Bash experience
- Cross-cloud experience, particularly with Azure and GCP
