A computer hardware company is seeking a Senior Firmware Architect to define firmware management architecture for next-generation InfiniBand, NVL, and Ethernet switches used in high-performance computing clusters and supercomputers.
Responsabilidades
- Define the architecture for firmware management on next-generation networking switches.
- Develop the build framework for firmware management, power, and thermal functions.
- Collaborate with architecture, system software, firmware, and hardware teams to support project execution.
- Help establish and implement the strategic networking software and hardware vision.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in firmware design or firmware architecture.
- Strong communication, managerial, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Leadership, interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
Se valora
- Knowledge of Ethernet/IP technologies, cloud, or data-center technologies.
- Experience programming computer networks.
- Strong understanding of system build principles.
