Own the architecture and technical direction of an AI project, guiding a multidisciplinary team from initial design through integration and implementation. The role is fully on-site in Tel Aviv at a defense organization and requires successful completion of a security clearance process.
Responsabilidades
- Own the overall architecture of an advanced AI project, including its principles, system structure, technology choices, integration patterns, and technical interfaces
- Lead and coordinate the project team and align work across technical disciplines
- Translate project objectives and operational needs into architecture and execution plans
- Identify architectural gaps, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and drive decisions
- Lead technical discussions and design reviews; coordinate interfaces with other teams and stakeholders
- Engage with potential internal and external customers to understand needs and define technical requirements
- Align business, operational, and technical considerations
- Support the project from architecture and design through development, integration, and implementation
- Promote adoption of relevant AI capabilities and technologies
Requisitos
- Significant experience in software architecture and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of AI-based systems and modern AI architectures
- Experience leading complex technical projects end to end
- Experience integrating system components across multiple technology domains
- Experience leading technical teams or serving as a technical authority in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to translate customer or operational needs into architecture, technical requirements, and execution plans
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, AI agents, and agentic systems
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience integrating AI models into production systems
- Experience working with data science or machine learning teams
- Ability to complete a security clearance process
