Responsabilidades
- Set the company's technical vision and make key technical decisions
- Design and build the core platform and its architecture
- Develop autonomous AI agents that understand business needs, plan and execute work, and improve over time
- Build integrations with business software and develop data pipelines and secure, scalable infrastructure
- Work with customers and the founding team to translate business problems into products
- Drive fast, high-quality product delivery
- Establish the engineering culture and hire future team members
- Represent the technical vision to partners and investors
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience owning architecture at an early-stage company as a founding engineer, tech lead, or founder
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems, including orchestration, tool use, code generation, evaluations, and guardrails
- Strong backend and full-stack skills, including APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience designing reliable production systems, particularly autonomous systems where correctness matters
- Ability to build and ship products end to end
- Ability to work with customers and turn non-technical needs into working solutions
