Responsabilidades
- Lead technical discovery and assess customer environments
- Design end-to-end solutions across cloud, identity, and security programs
- Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and deep dives
- Partner with Sales on strategic pursuits and evaluation criteria
- Build bespoke prototypes and proofs of concept
- Translate customer needs into product insights and roadmap input
- Enable partners with technical patterns and materials
- Create reference architectures, playbooks, and reusable go-to-market assets
- Support strategic post-sales deployments
Requisitos
- 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Delivery Architect, Implementation Architect, or Technical Account Manager
- Background in cybersecurity and/or identity management
- Experience influencing complex enterprise deals
- Experience designing architectures and building proofs of concept
- Ability to explain complex systems to technical and executive audiences
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
