Responsabilidades
- Contribute to and execute the long-term roadmap for identity security solutions
- Research and develop technologies addressing identity security challenges
- Design and implement secure, scalable architectures for fragmented SaaS and on-premise identity environments
- Mentor engineers and participate in collaborative code reviews
- Work with Product, Platform, and DevOps teams to translate security requirements into user-focused solutions
- Lead high-impact technical initiatives and develop identity security expertise
Requisitos
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent military experience
- Experience with modern backend technologies and distributed cloud-based SaaS applications
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, and unit test creation
- Experience monitoring, profiling, and improving system performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Se valora
- Proficiency in Go or Python
- Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j, Neptune, or ArangoDB
- Knowledge of identity concepts including users, groups, roles, and permissions
- Cybersecurity experience in IAM, CIEM, SSPM, or ITDR
