An on-site, full-time QA automation engineer will support Scrum teams by owning manual and automated testing, improving testability, and embedding software quality throughout the development lifecycle for digital health products.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end functional and regression tests within CI/CD pipelines
- Execute and report manual and automated functional, regression, and exploratory testing within Scrum teams
- Analyze test results and failure trends and communicate actionable findings to developers and stakeholders
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and improve software testability with development teams
- Contribute to automation standards and testing best practices
- Share automation capabilities and align testing approaches across teams
Requisitos
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in both test automation and manual software testing
- Programming experience in Java or C#
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience in Agile and Scrum environments
- Working experience with TestNG, Appium, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps
- Ability to perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing and communicate findings clearly
