Lead a final test department responsible for testing electronic systems and circuit boards, troubleshooting and component-level repair, test automation, and quality compliance in Nesher, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the final test team, including planning, prioritization, and delivery commitments
- Oversee final testing of electronic systems and circuit boards
- Drive troubleshooting and component-level repair activities
- Develop and improve test programs and automation solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing procedures, and customer requirements
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams
Requisitos
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and boards
- 5+ years of management experience in the electronics industry
- B.Sc. or practical engineering degree in electronics
- Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and RF systems
- Experience with automated test solutions and test equipment
- Proven component-level troubleshooting capabilities
- Knowledge of Python, C++, OrCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
- Fluent Hebrew and English
