Lead system testing for networking software and systems, improving product quality through test planning, coverage, production test flows, and quality monitoring.
Responsabilidades
- Define and develop core testing capabilities.
- Review high-level designs and test plans for performance, resiliency, and other quality requirements.
- Maximize test coverage, write test specifications, and lead production test flows for each system.
- Define, analyze, and monitor quality metrics throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Investigate key issues, identify root causes, and define corrective and mitigating actions.
Requisitos
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years of hands-on engineering experience, including 5 years in a senior or lead role
- Experience in software testing strategy, tooling, processes, reporting, and monitoring
- Strong knowledge of electronics and familiarity with production and testing processes
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks
