An established networking technology company is seeking a senior software engineer to develop and maintain Python-based automation for AI Ethernet networking products.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, test, and deliver software features for Ethernet networking products.
- Design and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient end-to-end test automation suites for AI Ethernet networks.
- Work with an international team of software engineers testing networking products.
- Engage with customers to understand networking requirements and resolve technical problems.
- Debug and diagnose complex networking issues.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering networking products and working across the software development lifecycle.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience creating and maintaining robust test automation systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with careful attention to networking issues.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Linux.
Se valora
- Data center network engineering across servers, NICs, cabling, and switches.
- Strong Ethernet networking knowledge, including switch pipelines, ACLs, forwarding rules, TCP/IP, BGP, and EVPN-VXLAN.
- Experience with BlueField or ConnectX NICs, Spectrum switches, Cumulus Linux, or SONiC.
- Networking certification such as CCIE, JNCIE, or ACE-E.
- Passion for AI and networking.
