A financial technology company is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality strategy and execution for a product squad. The role covers manual and automated testing across APIs, web applications, and backend systems in a hybrid Jerusalem environment.
Responsabilidades
- Own QA strategy and execution for a product squad
- Design comprehensive test plans and maintain reproducible test cases
- Develop and expand automated test suites for APIs, web applications, and backend systems
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to integrate testing early in the SDLC
- Track, triage, and resolve defects through completion
- Support a culture of quality through documentation, metrics, and knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior engineers
Requisitos
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew
- At least 5 years of hands-on QA experience in complex software environments
- Experience writing automated tests with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD, and SDLC practices
- Experience testing APIs using tools and technologies such as Postman, REST, or GraphQL
- Familiarity with modern QA frameworks and Git
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams
