Lead AI-enabled QA and automation, including AI agents and test automation architecture. The role combines technical leadership and team mentoring with approximately 50% pre-sales work for enterprise and public-sector clients.
Responsabilidades
- Lead AI-based QA and automation work, including AI agents and orchestrators for testing.
- Set automation architecture across UI, API, mobile, and performance testing.
- Integrate AI into STLC and CI/CD processes and develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI solutions.
- Lead and mentor QA and automation teams.
- Work with enterprise and public-sector clients.
- Spend approximately half of the role on pre-sales, including client meetings, executive presentations, POCs, demonstrations, proposals, and tenders.
- Identify business opportunities and grow client engagements.
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of software testing experience, including 3 or more years leading automation.
- At least 2 years managing a team or professional function.
- Hands-on experience building at least two AI agents deployed in production or at a client.
- Practical experience with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini APIs; RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool or function calling, and MCP.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration, memory, context and prompt engineering, evaluations, guardrails, hallucination detection, and observability.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium; API and load testing.
- Strong Python skills and experience with TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- At least 3 years in pre-sales, solution architecture, practice leadership, or technology-business leadership in a services or consulting company.
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior executives and decision-makers and lead client POCs, demonstrations, and technical solutions.
