An engineering organization developing energy, cooling, and air-conditioning systems for military platforms is seeking a senior test engineer to lead multidisciplinary system validation and testing.
Responsabilidades
- Plan, execute, analyze, and lead laboratory and system-level experiments
- Manage verification and validation activities and qualification testing
- Lead multidisciplinary component integration tests
- Prepare and execute ATP, QTP, QTR, and TRR test documentation
- Perform hands-on assembly disassembly, integration, and testing at company and customer sites
- Support field trials and work with development, integration, and customer teams
- Conduct root cause analysis, analyze test data, and produce reports
Requisitos
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience planning, setting up, and performing tests and experiments
- Hands-on experience leading and executing V&V processes and environmental testing
- Experience integrating mechanical, control, cooling, electrical, and communications components
- Ability to write test plans and summary reports
- Understanding of electrical drawings and schematics
- High-level technical English for reading, writing, and speaking
- Knowledge of measurement instruments and data acquisition and storage systems
Se valora
- Experience with power electronics and energy systems
- Knowledge of cooling, thermodynamics, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and thermal control
- Experience with military test standards such as MIL-STD
- Prior experience as a technician or practical engineer
- Military experimental engineering unit experience
