Lead a software verification team responsible for the quality, stability, and delivery of a SaaS platform deployed in cloud and on-premises environments.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage the platform verification team
- Ensure high-quality backend and frontend delivery
- Develop, improve, and automate verification strategies for cloud and on-premises deployments
- Integrate verification pipelines into CI/CD with DevOps teams
- Analyze customer-reported issues, identify test gaps, and maintain regression coverage
- Improve performance, quality, and stability of software acceleration solutions
- Support team career development and growth planning
- Evaluate verification methodologies, tools, and reporting improvements
- Track industry methodologies, technologies, and trends in software verification
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience leading or managing software development teams
- At least 5 years of overall software development and testing experience
- Strong understanding of SaaS architectures
- Hands-on experience testing Python and Django applications, including REST APIs
- Frontend testing experience with end-to-end frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in automation programming
Se valora

- Knowledge of Linux networking concepts and protocols
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code frameworks
