Join an SD-WAN quality assurance team testing networking, cloud, and security products. The role covers end-to-end test ownership, defect validation, and quality documentation for complex features.
Responsabilidades
- Design tests and develop test plans and step-by-step documentation for new and existing features
- Execute tests on existing and in-development networking and security products
- Plan and perform tests for complex features in a fast-paced environment
- Own reported defects from documentation through fix validation
- Maintain quality standards and pursue ongoing QA skills and technology development
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience working with networking and Windows or Linux operating systems
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP and protocols including DNS, HTTP(S), SMTP, FTP, and VoIP protocols such as SIP and H.323
- Knowledge of network security testing methodologies
- Knowledge of QA testing tools, concepts, and methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira
- Very good spoken and written English
- Availability for full-time work, with occasional overtime
