Lead the architecture and strategy for automated testing across API, microservices, UI, and end-to-end workflows. Build frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD, improve test reliability, and mentor automation engineers.
Responsabilidades
- Design and scale reusable automation frameworks, engineering patterns, technical standards, and shared infrastructure.
- Develop testing strategies across API, microservices, UI, and end-to-end workflows, including mocks and sandboxes for external payment providers.
- Improve test suite stability, reduce flaky tests, optimize execution time, and track coverage, pass rates, and execution trends.
- Integrate and optimize continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid developer feedback.
- Promote testability in design and architecture reviews and identify risks and edge cases early.
- Set code review standards for test code and mentor automation engineers.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on test automation experience, including at least 2 years in technical leadership or framework architecture.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and Playwright.
- Experience building complex automation frameworks or leading major architectural redesigns.
- Experience automating multi-tenant, highly configurable platforms with strict data isolation.
- Strong API testing, service stubbing, and external integration experience.
- Hands-on experience managing automated test execution in GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
