Responsabilidades
- Plan, write, and execute test scenarios for company systems.
- Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, integration, negative, and edge-case testing.
- Test cross-system business processes and integrations with banks, external vendors, and ERP systems.
- Validate API requests, responses, permissions, error messages, and invalid scenarios using Postman or similar tools.
- Run SQL queries to validate workflows and investigate defects in databases.
- Support releases and perform regression testing before production deployment.
- Report defects with reproduction steps, documentation, and complete technical context for developers.
- Work closely with development and product teams from specification through deployment.
- Gradually write and maintain automated tests for key scenarios and recurring workflows.
- Conduct initial investigation of operational incidents before escalation to the development team.
Requisitos
- At least three years of software testing experience, primarily with web and business systems.
- Significant experience in manual testing, test case design, and regression testing.
- Experience testing APIs with Postman or a similar tool.
- Good understanding of client-server communication, HTTP, REST APIs, and JSON.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and database investigation.
- Experience testing complex workflows and integrations across multiple systems.
- Experience using issue and task management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Ability to use browser developer tools, logs, and technical information for troubleshooting.
- High degree of independence, thoroughness, ownership, and teamwork.
