Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and develop automation engineers
- Design, build, and scale automation solutions for web and mobile systems
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests
- Own project planning, time management, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on quality goals
Requisitos
- Experience leading a development or automation team
- Automation testing experience for web and mobile platforms
- At least 2 years of hands-on development with Java, Selenium, and Appium
- Strong time-management, independence, teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
Se valora
- Cucumber, TestNG, or JUnit experience
- CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
- Docker container development and execution
- Git proficiency
