Lead organization-wide quality engineering and automation initiatives for a financial institution. The role is hybrid in Tel Aviv and combines hands-on mobile automation with QA leadership, strategy, and AI-enabled testing.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the transition to an Automation First approach and implement modern quality engineering and intelligent automation practices.
- Own the end-to-end quality strategy, including testing methodologies, quality gates, KPIs, QA standards, and release readiness.
- Manage testing strategy across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
- Coach and mentor QA professionals in a matrix organization.
- Build and maintain scalable iOS and Android automation infrastructure for React Native using Cucumber and Gherkin.
- Define automation and coding standards and improve framework performance and maintainability.
- Use AI tools to enhance test automation capabilities.
- Develop test data solutions using mocks, stubs, and service virtualization in a banking environment.
- Integrate automated testing with VSTS or Azure DevOps build and release processes and CI/CD quality gates.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on QA experience in large organizations, including manual and automated mobile application testing.
- At least 1 year of experience as a QA Team Lead, Development Team Lead, or Tech Lead.
- At least 2 years designing and implementing Cucumber/Gherkin automation frameworks in cross-functional teams.
- At least 2 years of hands-on mobile automation experience, preferably with Appium or Detox.
- At least 2 years defining testing methodologies and managing quality metrics.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- At least 2 years of experience working with React Native.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational change skills.
