Develop mechanical products and flow-transmission solutions for semiconductor equipment and high-pressure systems. Perform structural simulations, optimize CAD designs, and lead validation testing.
Responsabilidades
- Develop new mechanical products and flow-transmission solutions
- Perform static and dynamic structural analyses, nonlinear simulations, optimization, and analytical calculations
- Evaluate structural integrity under thermal, dynamic, fatigue, and other loading conditions
- Update CAD components and assemblies to optimize designs
- Interpret simulation and test results to support engineering decisions
- Plan and lead experimental testing for design verification and validation
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Requisitos
- BSc or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience applying structural FEA to real-world products and validating results with test data
- Experience with static, dynamic, nonlinear, and optimization analyses
- Strong knowledge of strength of materials, structural mechanics, and mechanical design
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical communication, and reporting abilities
Se valora
- MSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Graduation with honors
- MATLAB or Python proficiency
- SolidWorks experience
- ANSYS Workbench experience
- Knowledge of thermal, thermodynamic, or flow analysis, including CFD
