An engineering services organization is seeking a Senior HVAC Design Engineer for an office- and site-based role in Kiryat Gat, Israel. Responsabilidades
- Lead and support HVAC and mechanical building-services design for advanced industrial and commercial facilities.
- Own the schedule and technical quality of complex engineering tasks.
- Coordinate design activities with other engineering disciplines, discipline leads, clients, and vendors.
- Provide on-site assistance during project startup and coordinate work activities.
- Serve as a mechanical-discipline subject matter expert and quality resource.
- Lead functional teams or projects and organize, assign, and delegate engineering and design work.
- Prepare discipline staffing plans and forecast project hours.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide on-the-job training.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Building Services or Mechanical HVAC Engineering.
- At least 10 years of practical mechanical or building-services engineering and design experience, including HVAC and related mechanical building systems.
- At least 3 years of design experience with mission-critical facilities in the industrial or advanced-technology sector.
- English and Hebrew communication skills at approximately CEFR B2 level.
- Experience independently leading functional or project teams, assigning and delegating engineering tasks, and mentoring staff.
- Ability to develop staffing plans and forecast engineering hours.
- Working knowledge of International Building Codes and Israeli codes and standards.
- Experience in a BIM environment, including working knowledge of Navisworks and some experience with Revit.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and follow organizational policies and standards.
