Lead systems engineering and technical development for rocket and missile propulsion systems from planning through implementation and testing.
Responsabilidades
- Lead systems engineering processes for rocket and missile engine development.
- Design and develop rocket propulsion systems.
- Define requirements, specifications, and work scopes.
- Manage and monitor the engineering work plan.
- Coordinate technical interfaces with subcontractors and oversee deliverable progress and availability.
- Support development activities from planning through implementation and testing.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience developing complex systems.
- Experience working with subcontractors and leading complex technology projects.
- Strong technical understanding across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Ability to lead teams in a matrix environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with personal initiative.
Se valora
- Master’s degree in systems engineering or another engineering discipline.
- Experience with rocket or jet propulsion and aerospace systems.
- Knowledge and experience in internal ballistics.
