Responsabilidades
- Own products across new product introduction, production ramp-up, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life activities
- Lead technical investigations and root cause analysis for product, manufacturing, and field issues
- Drive engineering changes and assess impacts on manufacturing, quality, supply chain, logistics, and documentation
- Coordinate product transfers from R&D into production
- Provide engineering support and troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues
- Create and maintain product specifications, drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, and engineering records
- Manage product configurations and bills of materials in PLM and ERP systems
- Lead validation and qualification activities for product and process changes
- Investigate non-conformances with Quality teams and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve technical issues
- Support first article inspections, validation activities, and manufacturing readiness reviews
- Improve product cost, yield, efficiency, quality, and reliability while supporting compliance and risk assessment activities
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, electronics, industrial, biomedical, or related engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in product engineering, manufacturing engineering, sustaining engineering, or new product introduction
- Experience with product lifecycle management processes, engineering changes, and product configurations
- Experience using PLM and ERP systems
- Experience with root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global environments
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
