A leading aerospace manufacturing facility is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support the production and assembly of aerospace components. The role focuses on machining processes, manufacturing documentation, production-floor support, and engineering problem solving.
Responsabilidades
- Define manufacturing methods and prepare routing cards and engineering instructions for production floors.
- Support manufacturing processes on the production floor and provide engineering solutions.
- Support the production and assembly of aerospace components.
- Prepare RC documentation and technical instructions.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least five years of experience with machining and aerospace-part manufacturing, including milling, turning, grinding, polishing, and finishing.
- At least three years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or NPI Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing tolerances.
- Experience writing routing cards and technical work instructions.
- Experience with 3D software.
- High-level technical English for reading and writing.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and a dynamic cleanroom environment.
Se valora
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience designing jigs and assembling units.
- Experience transferring products from development to production.
