A full-time, on-site role in Modiin focused on manufacturing processes for composite materials. The position includes international travel of about one week per month.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, document, and improve manufacturing methods and processes, including cost and efficiency optimization.
- Plan production work and support manufacturing operations.
- Define production processes, preserve technical knowledge, and prepare reports and work specifications.
- Specify and support composite-material manufacturing processes.
- Support transfer from development to production by assessing designs for manufacturability.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, assembly, and quality teams.
- Support subcontractors, troubleshoot production issues, and train their employees.
- Monitor production, prepare specifications, and lead PRR processes.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical or materials engineering degree or practical engineering qualification.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and models.
- Good English.
Se valora
- Experience with composite manufacturing technologies such as wet layup or prepreg.
- Familiarity with the aerospace industry.
