A manufacturing organization is seeking an Industrial and Process Improvement Engineer to map and improve workflows, analyze production performance, and implement process-supporting methods and digital solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Map, characterize, and define work processes to improve performance.
- Conduct observations, measurements, and production-process performance analyses.
- Support production lines and implement work methods and processes.
- Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and generate insights for decision-making.
- Identify organizational needs and define process-supporting solutions.
- Specify requirements for computerized systems, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Work continuously with multiple manufacturing stakeholders.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
- At least two years of experience in work-process improvement is required.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights is required.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong learning ability.
- Ability to work under pressure across multiple disciplines.
- Ability to drive and lead processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
