Join a physical design team developing next-generation automotive SoC technology. Own blocks end to end, from initial definition and constraints through tape-out and signoff.
Responsabilidades
- Own physical design blocks from RTL through GDS.
- Lead floorplan exploration with front-end and architecture teams.
- Manage block- and top-level constraints and perform first-level static timing analysis.
- Conduct synthesis exploration and deliver final netlists, including scan insertion and UPF.
- Maintain clean Lint and SpyGlass checks.
- Drive place-and-route through final layout and signoff verification.
- Optimize power, performance, and area across the implementation flow.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams on RTL changes and design reviews.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of physical design experience.
- Proficiency in Tcl, Python, Perl, or tcsh scripting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, execution-oriented approach.
Se valora
- Experience developing or maintaining implementation tools and design flows.
- Experience with high-speed interfaces such as DDR or PCIe.
- Experience with advanced process nodes at 5 nm or below.
