An advanced silicon engineering team in Yokneam Illit, Israel is seeking a Senior Physical Design Engineer to lead interposer projects and complex VLSI physical implementation. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, technical ownership, flow development, and work on advanced technology节点.
Responsabilidades
- Learn and apply advanced interposer technology with experienced specialists.
- Own interposer projects, drive timelines, manage complex workflows, and ensure accurate execution.
- Oversee physical design and integration for complex VLSI designs.
- Contribute to project definition toward POR and collaborate with architecture, front-end, backend, and packaging teams.
- Resolve technical challenges and contribute to flow and methodology development.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in VLSI development, with a focus on physical design, backend implementation, or chip integration.
- Familiarity with physical design methodologies, flows, and EDA tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, timeline management, and program management skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex tasks, and learn highly complex technical areas.
