An engineering and systems organization is seeking a Senior NPI Manufacturing Engineer to support the development and production of advanced electronic hardware, including circuit assemblies and electromechanical systems.
Responsabilidades
- Participate in new product introduction and development processes.
- Support and accompany electronic assembly production lines.
- Define materials and processes for circuit board bonding and coating.
- Collaborate with development teams on electronic manufacturing and mechanical assemblies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors in Israel and abroad.
- Develop and advance electronic manufacturing processes for new technologies.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in materials engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering, or electronics engineering.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in electronic manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience with SMT, soldering, circuit board coatings, bonding, and electromechanical assemblies.
- Knowledge of printed circuit board development and circuit assembly manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience in failure analysis.
- Deep knowledge of advanced PCB soldering technologies.
- Experience working with IPC-610 and J-STD-001 standards, including military and Class 3 requirements.
