Contribute to backend implementation of complex VLSI designs, progressing from RTL toward GDS through physical synthesis, place and route, optimization, timing closure, and verification.
Responsabilidades
- Contribute to physical synthesis, place and route, optimization, and timing closure for complex VLSI designs.
- Support floor planning and implementation planning with senior physical design engineers.
- Analyze timing, congestion, power, area, and design-rule issues and help drive them to closure.
- Work with LVS and DRC verification flows to support clean implementation handoff.
- Debug implementation issues with cross-functional teams and improve backend flow quality.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in VLSI backend or physical design.
- Strong understanding of place-and-route flows.
- Hands-on experience with physical synthesis, place and route, optimization, timing closure, or floor planning.
Se valora
- Understanding of backend physical construction and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of LVS and DRC verification methodology.
- Familiarity with Synopsys, Cadence, or similar physical design EDA tools.
