Join a multidisciplinary team developing and transferring advanced UAV systems from design through prototype and serial production. The role focuses on manufacturability, production processes, tooling, cost, and schedule execution.
Responsabilidades
- Participate in UAV product definition and development with a focus on manufacturability, cost, and production processes.
- Prepare and manage engineering plans for transferring designs to prototype and serial production.
- Define manufacturing processes, technologies, and production equipment.
- Design mechanical tooling and production means for assembly and testing.
- Prepare technical specifications and Statements of Work.
- Lead end-to-end product transfer from development to production.
- Manage execution against schedule and cost targets.
- Oversee subcontractors and manufacturers delivering work packages.
- Collaborate across organizational interfaces to drive execution and continuous improvement.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of industrial mechanical design experience.
- Proficiency with CAD tools.
- High-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel abroad and work overtime when required.
- Strong teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and schedule and cost orientation.

- Experience defining manufacturing processes and production tooling for composite structural parts, particularly in aerospace environments.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant or industrial setting.
