Junior Hardware Engineer – Integration and System Testing

Develop and deploy hardware, electrical, simulation, and testing infrastructure for advanced avionics, aircraft upgrade, command and control, and laboratory systems. The role is based in Haifa and may require travel to customer sites in Israel and abroad.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development, design, and implementation of integration and development infrastructures.
- Analyze requirements, define concepts, and implement detailed hardware solutions.
- Read and analyze system and electrical drawings.
- Develop hardware solutions, testing configurations, and engineering support tools.
- Design electrical schematics, system drawings, and cabling for assemblies and subassemblies.
- Work with test equipment, IT systems, communications, and simulation platforms.
- Integrate hardware, software, and avionics units.
- Investigate failures and resolve complex system-level issues.
- Write test documents, specifications, and laboratory requirement documents.
- Collaborate with systems, software, and mechanical engineers, subcontractors, and development teams.
- Support production, installations, and customer-site activities.
Requisitos
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree or practical engineering qualification with hands-on hardware or system design experience.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary interfaces and manage subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently, own tasks end to end, and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong English presentation and documentation skills.
- System-level thinking, strong self-learning ability, and willingness to travel abroad.
