Seeking an FPGA Field Application Engineer to provide technical support, design assistance, and solution guidance to customers throughout their development cycles.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support and design assistance throughout customer development cycles.
- Collaborate with FPGA vendors and customers to deliver technical solutions.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including demonstrations and design reviews.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend suitable FPGA solutions.
- Translate application requirements into effective technical recommendations.
- Coordinate technical communication among customers, suppliers, and internal sales teams.
Requisitos
- Three to four years of hands-on FPGA development experience.
- Experience in field applications, customer support, or technical support.
- Technical sales experience or a strong commercial orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
