Lead an electronics engineering team through new product introduction and the transition from development to production. Own production support, failure analysis, manufacturing processes, testing, and collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
Responsabilidades
- Lead NPI processes for electronic boards and execute development-to-production gates.
- Establish and implement DFM and DFT processes and testability strategies.
- Manage EMS subcontractors, qualify manufacturers, and monitor manufacturing standards.
- Lead failure analysis, component-level issue resolution, and cross-functional improvements.
- Provide engineering support for production, assembly operations, deviations, and quality events.
- Write procedures, specifications, training materials, and work instructions.
- Lead ECO and CCB processes and manage electronics-related end-of-life activities.
- Design and implement functional and JTAG tests and ensure test-version consistency across manufacturers.
- Own component engineering and PCB engineering activities.
- Lead the electronics engineering team and coordinate with development, production, quality, procurement, supply chain, and subcontractors.
- Build engineering processes that support production.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- More than 3 years of experience managing an electronics engineering team.
- Proven knowledge of design for manufacturing and design for testability.
- Experience leading NPI processes and development-to-production transitions.
- Expertise in electronic board manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and PCBs.
- Experience analyzing component- and board-level failures.
- Experience with measurement and testing equipment.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
