Electronics Engineer – Sustain Engineering

Support and sustain existing power supply products by investigating production and field issues, performing laboratory testing and board-level repairs, and implementing engineering improvements. The role is based in Karmiel, Israel, and is full-time.
Responsabilidades
- Investigate recurring production and field issues, identify root causes, and implement engineering solutions
- Perform advanced laboratory testing and hands-on work with electronic components
- Conduct fine soldering and component-level rework
- Prepare detailed test reports and perform technical failure analysis
- Support and implement ECO and DCO engineering changes
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement teams to maintain product quality and reliability
Requisitos
- Electronics Practical Engineer qualification
- At least 3 years of practical electronics experience
- Experience with analog circuits and power circuits or power supplies
- Experience debugging and repairing electronic boards
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data loggers
- Hands-on soldering and component-level rework skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical report preparation
- Good technical English reading and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks
Se valora
- Experience with EMC equipment
- Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and engineering drawings
- Experience with PLM or other configuration management systems
