Responsabilidades
- Design and build reusable platform primitives
- Develop tools, agent skills, applications, and end-to-end workflows
- Own and evolve internal knowledge systems and demonstration infrastructure
- Convert successful prototypes into stable, supported products
- Prioritize roadmaps and deliver products that teams and customers adopt
Requisitos
- 5+ years of experience building production software
- Strong technical depth and ability to own architecture across the stack
- Experience building and shipping a product from zero
- Strong product judgment and roadmap prioritization skills
- Excellent communication across engineering, product, go-to-market, leadership, and customers
- Highly proactive and comfortable working with ambiguity
