Responsabilidades
- Build, experiment with, and iterate on production-ready software solutions.
- Use AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and automate repetitive work.
- Own features from ideation through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Prototype solutions and turn ambiguous customer problems into effective products.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and engineers during discovery and delivery.
- Contribute technical insight to product decisions and maintain high standards of customer impact and engineering quality.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software development experience building production-grade software.
- Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
- Experience owning features or services from design through production.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
