Join an enterprise AI enablement team to build and operate full-stack products and advance reliable agent-led development practices.
Responsabilidades
- Own and evolve products from requirements and user experience through implementation and production operations.
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data models, integrations, and asynchronous workflows.
- Lead adoption of agent-led development across discovery, design, implementation, testing, review, and delivery.
- Evaluate and apply AI models, coding agents, agentic workflows, tool calling, context management, and orchestration techniques.
- Translate business and technical needs into intuitive, reliable, maintainable products.
- Make architectural decisions covering scalability, reliability, security, authorization, data integrity, and failure recovery.
- Maintain and improve production systems in collaboration with users, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing complex, production-grade full-stack systems.
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, SQL, API development, and modern web architecture.
- Ability to own products and technical solutions end-to-end, including user experience, frontend, backend, data, integrations, and production operations.
- Practical understanding of large language models, coding agents, agentic workflows, tool use, context management, and AI-assisted software development.
- Technical leadership in adopting and scaling agent-led development practices.
- Strong system design and troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, infrastructure, and external services.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Independent, hands-on approach and strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD.
- Experience building or operating production LLM applications and agent orchestration systems.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, retrieval-augmented generation, AI evaluation, or observability.
- Experience integrating enterprise services, identity systems, and external APIs.
