Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and maintain backend services, mobile applications, and web products.
- Lead development of performant cross-platform mobile experiences and integrate them with backend and web systems.
- Contribute to architecture, code quality standards, and long-term scalability across mobile and web platforms.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and collaboration.
- Own work from problem definition through production delivery and continuous improvement.
Requisitos
- At least 7 years of hands-on professional software development experience.
- At least 3 years of production experience with React Native and mobile application development.
- Experience with modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience designing and delivering complex end-to-end systems.
- Strong foundations in data modeling, REST or GraphQL APIs, algorithms, software design, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong system design skills, balancing simplicity, scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- Experience using AI-assisted development and other engineering tools while maintaining quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
