Responsabilidades
- Own features and projects from problem discovery through design, development, and production.
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems, customer-facing features, and internal tools across the stack.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with product, risk, engineering, and business teams.
- Improve existing systems and processes, including automation and configurable solutions.
- Use data to improve underwriting, product capabilities, and customer experience.
- Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, code reviews, technical direction, and engineering practices.
- Evolve architecture and systems to support scalability, maintainability, and adaptability.
Requisitos
- Strong experience building and maintaining production software, especially backend systems and full-stack applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and AWS.
- Experience owning features or projects end to end.
- Ability to turn product requirements and business problems into practical, scalable technical plans.
- Strong system-thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance pragmatic delivery and long-term maintainability.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with engineers, product, risk, and business stakeholders.
