Build and scale high-traffic SaaS applications across the frontend, backend, and database. Shape architecture and engineering practices, with AI-assisted development central to the workflow.
Responsabilidades
- Use AI-assisted tools for planning, coding, testing, reviewing, and debugging
- Improve shared AI engineering workflows, including prompts, agent setups, and usage guidelines
- Review and test AI-generated code while maintaining architectural boundaries
- Own projects from data modeling and API design through UI implementation, rollout, and monitoring
- Contribute to architecture for complex, large-scale applications
- Build and maintain features with React, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Optimize performance across application code, databases, and clients
- Build and maintain scalable AWS services using PostgreSQL
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and own the health of delivered work
- Collaborate across departments to turn business needs into working solutions
Requisitos
- At least 6 years of software development experience across frontend and backend
- Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants as a core development tool
- Experience optimizing performance in high-traffic, multi-user production environments, including query tuning, indexing, caching, concurrency, or frontend rendering
- Knowledge of system design and architecture, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs
- Track record of leading and delivering features or projects end-to-end
- Experience adapting to shifting priorities and frequent context switching
- Strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills
