Senior development role focused on building full-stack software and enterprise AI capabilities, including AI agents and MCP servers. Leads complex technology projects from requirements and architecture through deployment and value measurement.
Responsabilidades
- Develop full-stack software, including backend and frontend components, APIs, integrations, and supporting infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for workflow automation, information retrieval, summarization, decision support, and user assistance.
- Write, maintain, and secure MCP servers that expose internal systems to AI agents.
- Lead AI technology projects from defining needs and specifications through architecture, development, testing, rollout, and value measurement.
- Work with business stakeholders, product, information security, infrastructure, and development teams to deliver practical AI capabilities.
Requisitos
- At least 3 years of Python development experience.
- At least 3 years of React development experience.
- Practical understanding of LLMs, AI agents, enterprise productivity tools, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, including workflows, tool integrations, error handling, permissions, user context, and model limitations.
- Experience writing or integrating MCP servers, or ability to learn and implement MCP in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to lead complex technology projects and manage tasks and risks.
- Experience leading teams in a matrix structure.
