Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage a full-stack software development team using agile methods.
- Plan and manage sprints and coordinate daily with project managers.
- Provide technical leadership for complex, distributed systems.
- Design and develop code, using advanced AI tools where appropriate.
- Review team work and take end-to-end responsibility for its deliverables.
- Integrate software and hardware in collaboration with other development teams.
Requisitos
- At least five years of hands-on software development experience.
- At least three years of software team management experience.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, or completion of technological military service.
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and design.
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming (OOD/OOP).
- Experience with multithreading or multiprocessing.
- Proven experience with C#, .NET, and WPF.
